HotelTI and Cyvra: a partnership in hotel technology

HotelTI began working in partnership with Cyvra in July 2026. For existing clients, this does not change the point of contact or the services contracted: the focus on hotel technology stays the same. What the partnership brings is additional technical capacity: a larger team, international certifications and resources for projects that need greater depth.

What led to the partnership

Cyvra has technical depth in cybersecurity and compliance that complements HotelTI's work. Supplier risk assessment, digital identity management, ISO 27001 alignment, continuity planning: these topics come up in any mid-sized or large hotel, and they demand more than general IT consultancy.

Hospitality has specific vulnerabilities. PMS systems, guest Wi-Fi networks, payment terminals, integration with booking channels: each one is an attack surface with its own characteristics. LGPD compliance (Brazil's data protection law) in the hotel sector has particularities that are not always covered by IT partners without specific hospitality experience, from the handling of guest data to contracts with technology suppliers.

Cyvra operates in Brazil, through cyvra.com.br, and in the Netherlands, through cyvra.nl, with expertise in cybersecurity, regulatory compliance and IT management for companies that need a technical partner of international standard. The partnership combines that technical knowledge with the sector focus HotelTI has built over years of working inside the hospitality industry.

What stays the same

The focus on hospitality is what does not change. HotelTI was created to serve a sector with specific challenges: seasonality, high staff turnover, round-the-clock guest service, integration with legacy PMS systems and contracts with dozens of technology suppliers.

We continue to work with hotels, resorts and pousadas (Brazilian guesthouses) in Brazil, with a real understanding of hotel operations. The difference is that we now have more resources to meet more advanced technical demands when a project requires it.
