Entrance of a modern hotel lit up at night

Strategy and management

Long-term decisions about budget, suppliers and technology architecture, made before they turn into problems.

IT Management

For hotels with IT staff or suppliers in place but no one setting direction. We govern your IT: a maturity assessment, a prioritised roadmap with budget, and coordination of the suppliers who carry out the work.

Includes: Maturity assessment, strategic planning, migration and modernisation, budgeting and prioritisation, governance and processes, executive reporting, suppliers and contracts, asset lifecycle, service desk processes and tooling, ITSM and ITIL-based processes.

Virtual IT Manager

For hotels without an IT manager. We take the role: a senior IT manager on a fractional or interim basis, accountable for the IT team, suppliers, budget and results, without a permanent hire.

Includes: Acting directly as your IT manager, managing the IT team, day-to-day accountability for suppliers and SLAs, IT budget and roadmap, procurement, oversight of infrastructure and cloud, process and procedure improvement, oversight of monitoring, business continuity.

Cost Savings

A review of all IT, software, hardware and security spending and contracts, benchmarked against the market, followed by supported renegotiation or more cost-effective alternatives, without giving up quality or security.

Includes: Hardware, software and licence review, contract and vendor review, market benchmarking, redundancy and waste, renegotiation, cloud and connectivity, budget optimisation, shadow IT and technology inventory, OPEX and CAPEX prioritisation.

New Builds and Renovations

Technology and security requirements and planning for new hotels, renovations and expansions, from concept to stable operation, with oversight of the specialist suppliers who install.

Includes: Technical requirements, vendor selection and assessment, planning, cabling and comms rooms, network segmentation, Wi-Fi design and validation, critical integrations, capacity and future-proofing, power redundancy, technology budget and schedule, installation oversight, post-handover validation, physical security systems.

Technology Project Management

End-to-end management of hotel and head-office technology projects (system migrations, implementations and new deployments) with defined scope, schedule and budget, from kick-off through go-live and a documented handover.

Includes: Scope, schedule and planning, integrations (PMS, BMS, POS, Wi-Fi, IoT, locks and more), supplier coordination, budget management, testing and validation, project risk management, stakeholder management and reporting, post-project transition.

Security and compliance

Protecting guest data and meeting the LGPD, PCI DSS and information security good practice.

The hotel ecosystem

What your operation involves

A hotel does not run on a single system. Each area depends on its own technology, and all of it has to talk to the rest securely.

Front office and distribution

PMS, booking engine, channel manager and OTAs, the hotel website, check-in and check-out, and Brazilian electronic tax invoicing.

Revenue, sales and guest relationship

Revenue management (RMS), CRM and loyalty, group and event sales, and guest messaging such as WhatsApp.

Payments

Card terminals, Pix (Brazil's instant payment system), the payment gateway and the scope of PCI DSS.

Food, beverage and events

Restaurant and bar POS, electronic order pads and kitchen screens, stock control, and spa and event systems.

Guest rooms

Smart TVs and screen casting, room controls for air conditioning and lighting, electronic locks and mobile keys, and in-room phones.

Guest connectivity

Guest Wi-Fi (in-house or managed), mobile signal coverage, the guest app, self-service kiosks and digital signage.

Hotel operations and staff

Email and Microsoft 365, finance and HR systems, housekeeping and maintenance apps, and staff computers, phones and radios.

Infrastructure, cloud and building

Structured cabling, IT rooms and power, network, servers and cloud services, backup, telephony and the building management system (BMS).

Security, digital and physical

Firewall, network segmentation, access to systems and threat monitoring, together with CCTV, door access control and panic buttons, which are networked devices too.

Across all of it: integration between systems, data protection (LGPD), PCI DSS and supplier governance, covered under Compliance and IT Management.

How we work

From assessment to coordinated delivery

We do not do the on-site installation ourselves: we plan, choose the right solutions and coordinate the suppliers and technicians who do.

1

Assess

We map the operation, the systems in use and the current risks.

2

Plan

We set priorities, budget and a clear delivery roadmap.

3

Select

We help choose the right suppliers, solutions and hardware for your hotel.

4

Coordinate

We manage the project and the suppliers and technicians responsible for on-site delivery.

5

Follow up

We track results, adjust the plan and hold suppliers to what was agreed.

Vendor independence. We do not resell software or hold agreements with specific suppliers. Any supplier commission is only discussed after the hotel has agreed its price, without changing that price, and is always disclosed to the hotel.
